Meet Christian Holmes, AMFT
Hi! I’m Christian. I wanted to write this page to share a bit about myself and my journey to becoming a therapist. If you resonate with my story and feel we’d be a good fit for one another – let’s connect.
My Story
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients from all walks of life actualize their health, wealth, relationships, and higher purpose.
I work with a lot of clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem issues.
Before coming to the field of psychology, I was blessed to have had a successful career in the music industry as a writer and producer that travelled between Los Angeles and Nashville.
Through that process, I was forced to overcome my own fears, anxieties, insecurities and self doubts. Therapy not only got me through, it helped me build confidence around who I could be and what life could look like.
Navigating emotions and relationships can be challenging. I know what it’s like to feel stuck and hopeless. I also know what it’s like to have had success and wonder “what’s next?”
Something I often say to my clients when we get started is “you’re not alone in this anymore.” I’m on your side and although I can’t take the pain away, I’m here to help you face it, transcend it and transform in the process.

How I Work
As a therapist, I take a holistic approach. I believe that the body, mind, and soul are all parts of the whole person. I utilize techniques from modalities backed by the latest research – CBT, DBT, Trauma Release Tactics, and Mindfulness – to help you experience change on all levels. However, my primary focus as a therapist comes from my training in Psychodynamic Therapy, which provides opportunities to examine the mind on a deeper level, uncover patterns and connections in your story, and help you achieve true transformation.
My goal is simple. I want to help you actualize your potential in your health, wealth, and relationships, and ultimately help you discover your higher purpose.
I want to help you uncover who you are at a core level, identify the beliefs that are holding you back, and create a life beyond the limits of your current outlook.
